When an equipment breaks down or has some problems in operation, and a inspection/repair service is required, we offer the on-site inspection service to help get your lab up and working again.

- Fully-trained and experienced Servicen Engineer deployed to your site

- Troubleshooting, hardware repair & replacement, and software optimization

- Advice, consult and brief training to user

- Within warranty: inspection fee is waived

- Out of warranty: inspection fee will be charged
